Lindsay's quilt

Brenda has really gotten into quilting.
She finished Lindsay's quilt  after five weeks of trial and error and help from Phyllis. The end product was well worth the effort.
We are at Becky & Fred's washing clothesand spending time with the grand children. They are growing up so fast.
Isn't she sooooo cute?

Our girls

She is beautiful
Gracie is now crawling, occasionally reverting to scooting. She is a happy child and we are all blessed to have her. She now has 7 teeth and you must be careful if you are trying to feed her with your fingers.

This summer has just flown by. We are leaving here in less than 3 weeks.
We will definitely miss our family and watching the girls change.
We have to be in the Houston area for doctor's appointments on October 24th. We will be catching up on our medications and our yearly physicals.

We are scheduled to work at Lake Livingston State Park for Nov., Dec., and Jan.
We are looking forward to our new experience in Texas state parks. We enjoy our time in Washington  and look forward to the challenges and the differences in the 2 park systems.

It will be nice to be in the Houston area this year to see some of our old friends and family.
We don't know yet about the holidays, but will be determined soon after we arrive at our designated area in Livingston.

Ta Ta for now.

Great looking quilt. I'm sure Lindsey will treasure it for years to come. Jill is posting pictures of her work again now that the room is done. www.jillquilts.blogspot.com. She also listens to several books a week so is a great source for new books to read!

Love the quilt - my mom loves to quilt - I love the hand quilting part - not the putting together part LOL! Beautiful girls - I know that you will miss then when you head for Texas. Drive safe and, now that we are getting the new camper, maybe we will "see you down the road"!
